"My certified inspector MatthewCote out of the Belgrade, MT office found i have a natural spring comming up in my crawlspace. I knew I had water streaming all over crawlspace and my husband believed it was due to watering lawn of the hill our house sits on. Matt was great to work with, he was totally professional. Due to heavy workload and no extra pay on weekends the tech came for diagnostics 4 days later. He verified the failed pump and tried to purchase one at Home Depot. None in stock, had to be ordered. Pump came in on 6/30 and tech arrived today, 7/1, and expertly installed the new pump. Choice has a $ 500 limit on well repair, which is 1/3 of a typical bill. That dollar cap is riduculous. On a positive note, C-Force provides expert work for Choice and would be my choice for any future work."

"Upon arrival, we showed Jim the room where we had a terrible odor. He went into the basement area to check for any leaks. Next he identified the toilet as the culprit. The toilet had not been installed properly and a piece below the toilet was cracked not allowing the correct seal. Before fixing anything, we were shown the problem, told what the cost would be, and then after getting the go-ahead, he fixed the problem. It is great to be able to leave that door open! While he was looking for leaks in the basement area, Jim mentioned that the pipes had been located in areas that they should not be. He measured and gave us an estimate on relocating the pipes, which we will have done within the next two weeks. We are extremely pleased with the service we received and would highly recommend Wild West Plumbing!
