He spoke to me about some good Doâ s and Do Notâ s for making my home â my ownâ . As he was doing the inspection he had me write down some important regular home maintenance things like draining the water heater annually, monthly AC filters and flushing, and several other things. Bill was referred by a friend and our general feel is that heâ s just an honest regular guy who owns this business. Seems to like doing a good job. If you have made it to this far in the review section, just hire this guy and start worrying about the next task in your home buying. Youâ re buying peace of mind."

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
