He did not understand the Dish Network however, and had to look up the connections with the remote on Dish's online support. "Had to cancel because one TV always froze after about 5 minutes, and they were never able to fix it.   They did try several times and let us out of the contract since they could not provide full service.  I would gladly use them again if they could figure out that technical problem, which apparently is rare in their experience.
