I sent Daniel a message on Angie's List, he replied to the message (that night) and he called me the next day.  He came over and gave me a quote and the following day they did the job.  They were very professional, very skilled, very quick and their equipment looks very advance, therefore they had no hiccups in the job process. The work was excellent.  Normally when someone pressure washed my house, they would be here all day, sometimes equipment failure, and not do an excellent job. I will be calling him next spring to wash my house.

"Mr. Terry and Mr. Steven are truly professionals at their work and it's amazing how well they work together like a well oiled machine. I mean it's really wonderful that they can do things like they can read each others mind, that they know what the other needs to getting the large jobs completed with no wasted time and workmanship is Superior. We had our entire A/C systems ventilation piping replaced and redesigned. The new system looks absolutely great and laid out perfectly. It looks great with no piping out of place that blew my mind how wonderful it looks and totally efficient and cools our large house everywhere. There is no dead space not getting cooling or heating throughout the house. They checked out our 2 A/C units and they needed no work. We WILL be using Magnolia Heating and Cooling services in the future for our general maintenance and any further repairs. Their labor rates are most comparable and easy on the budget. "I am Very Satisfied with the work that was performed and the cost!! These guys know their business, they reviewed my furnace and duct system and gave me options. My original request was to replace part of the plenum at the furnace, it was full of mold. Upon inspection they discovered other problems that should be repaired and recommended cleaning the ducts and installing a UV light to kill mold in the future. My son-in-law owns an HVAV business back in Minnesota, so I gave him a call discussing my options. He agreed with Lightspeed Air & Electric's recommendations and that was all I needed to hear. They also fogged the system to kill any existing mold spores! We purchased this home one year ago and finding a few things that need repair. I would recommend Lightspeed Air & Electric to anyone!
