"The installers were great. The salesperson made promises that he did not keep and he missed a window. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"There were 3 TV’s in my initial request. Upon him arriving, my wife wanted a 4th mounted. Keith was AMAZING! He was first and foremost on time… and FAST! He was mindful of the sounds and would let us know when it would be loud, and then he would explain to us what was happening before he finalised the mounting to ensure it was where and how we wanted it. "Inquired with the owner to make a custom wood vent hood to go with a cabinet line that did not offer this product. Rusty, the owner built it to the exact specifications provided and was able to perfectly match the paint, this only took him a few days to provide a design and an excellent solution to my problem. The builders that I was designing kitchens for liked it so much that we ended up getting several more vent hoods made all with different sizes and paint colors. This was an excellent solution due to pre-fabricated cabinet lines over charging, and taking up to 12 weeks to have one delivered. I would highly recommend timber creek for any of your woodworking needs!"
