"She said that she couldn’t do the deal for the price I paid for the deal. She said she'd cancel the deal and she'd just sell me a different deal. The quality of the work was poor, and the owner came back herself and worked for 6 hours; she raised the quality of the work to OK. It was frustrating overall, but she did come the next day as I was trying to get the house ready to show."

"I needed a 240V outlet installed for an electric dryer. I spoke with the gentleman from Clark late on a Thursday afternoon and he and another gentleman installed the outlet the next morning.
