"I met with Mr. McCord and we discussed what I wanted in the dog shed. He explained how by changing the size just a few feet that he could saved me money before with my sizing, he would have a good bit of waste. Also, I didnt want the dogshed built under the trees and , thus, I needed a way to have two opposite sides to be raiseable. This would allow me to regulate the air flow and keep my dogs cool. He also suggested that bringing in dirt and getting the floor of the shed about a foot higher than the surrounding yard would keep theshed dry. He did such a great job! He and his help worked long and during hot October and finished in a short time. i am so pleased with every single thing that they did. They were polite to explain what ever they were working on at that moment. My favorite about the new shed is that Mr. McCord made the north/ south sides with a mechanism that allows me to raise or lower the sides in a matter of minutes with a manuel pulley. *****"

He was mindful of the sounds and would let us know when it would be loud, and then he would explain to us what was happening before he finalised the mounting to ensure it was where and how we wanted it. "The contract session was with Stephan Boyer. He was very through and informative. We knew exactly what we were getting and what to expect. Chris Renda and his crew showed up as promised. They showed up with all materials and immediately started work. The crew took no breaks and barely took time for lunch.. Chris Renda kept us infomed of everything going on.He found that our dormers had not been wrapped or waterproofed so he removed all the siding and began wrapping and waterproofing the dormers for us! The crew took 5 days of hard nonstop work installing our beautiful new patina green metal roof. We are completely satisfied! !

"Our home is 41 years old and we have wanted to cover our patio for years. We never could figure out how to do it because of the way the original roof line is configured. We contacted a contractor on Angie's list but he couldn't get to us for several months. We asked if he would recommend someone and he gave us Tony Mills' name and number. We consulted with Tony and he came out and took a look at our situation and we discussed different options. He then brought his framer by and together they designed a roof to cover the patio that upon completion looks like it is original to the house. There were several issues which had to be dealt with; not the least of which was a chimney which diverted water to the wrong place for our new cover. But that was taken care of by some more design work. They really did a great job. Next came the actual building of the cover. The workmen were nothing short of artists with a saw and nail gun and paintbrush and roller. No kidding! We love our new patio cover and could not be happier with Mills Family Properties. The next time we have a job that needs doing, we will definitely call Tony."
