"You should probably add 4-6 weeks to the expected delivery date if you expect to need the "enclosed" hardware. I received the blinds in the estimated time, but it came without the required hardware. I have made 4 calls (at least) over several weeks, but the hardware is nowhere in site. It is clear that SelectBlinds.com is a marketing company only has outsourced all production and fulfillment to third parties and evidently has a difficult time coordinating these type of customer service issue. Extremely frustrating that my blinds have been sitting in the floor for over a month and all I need is a few screws. Happy to go to Home Depot to get the screws, but SelectBlinds can't even tell me what sizes I need."

There are a few reasons your crank windows might not close. First, determine if your window crank is working properly and opening and closing the window when you turn it. If it’s not, the crank may need replacing, cleaning, or lubricating. Another reason your windows aren’t closing could be dirt and debris in the window hinges or sash.
