He also offered his own suggestions on things that could be done to make it better and more attractive. He gave us a written quote within a couple of days. He later sent his supervisor, David, out to survey the situation, and he made his own suggestions too. Although we had some minor delays and communication issues at first, we are delighted with the final work product. The owner, Jon McCoy, was at the site every day and I know they had other jobs going on at the same time. We also had some rain delays which nobody can control."

But that was taken care of by some more design work. They really did a great job. Next came the actual building of the cover. The workmen were nothing short of artists with a saw and nail gun and paintbrush and roller. No kidding! We love our new patio cover and could not be happier with Mills Family Properties. The next time we have a job that needs doing, we will definitely call Tony."
