Samuel called to let me know they were ahead of schedule and asked if they could come earlier than my appointment (Punctuality A+), upon arrival he first identified two spots in the fire box that needed repair and provided an estimate (Fire Hazard Identification A+), then came the chimney/fireplace cleaning. Drop cloths (clean) were placed on the floor and the work began (no mess at all). This is a very professional full service company and I highly recommend them. I don't think you will be disappointed."

"Mr Jimmie and Mr Curt kept me updated on their arrival time as there was bad weather in the area of their travel. After their arrival and introductions, the first thing they did was lay down work area protection. I tagged along; with them throughout each step of their inspection. They were quick to show me their findings. There was no pressure from them and they were totally professional , friendly and left a lasting impression on their job skill and knowledge. At the present moment, we are awaiting the remaining portion of the estimate, (parts costs & approximate delivery times), so we can schedule an actual repair date. Mr. Jimmie gave us several options as to the steps of this project. We will be hiring this company to do the needed improvements. The overall estimate so far is extremely lower than what we had anticipated, We were so impressed with Mr Jimmie and Mr Curt that the last thing I confirmed with them was that they would be the ones coming back to do the actual repairs. We will recommend this company to anyone seeking assistance with fireplace/chimney problems, and so far, the only thing we had done was the inspection and partial estimate, cant wait to see and enjoy the final results of their work completion."

"They did a great job. On time, professional , knowledgeable and efficient. The cleaned my 20 foot dryer vent and now my dryer works even better. Checked all the smoke detectors explained how they work and how long they are good for. The same with the co2 detectors. He also explained about the fire extinguishers and which one are the best for which room. I will defiantly have them come back again next year for the yearly inspection.

"I had 2 other estimates and used this one because he is a 'certified' installer for the brand of roofing used. All 3 bids were within a $65 range.  His work crews were on the job when scheduled and completed the job on time.  Work quality was excellent, although I had to get them to redo a small part of one area.  Their work area clean-up was done each day, so the yard was kept as neat as I could have hoped during a 1-1/2 week job.  He had a nomber of suggestions which greatly improved the end result.
I will use him again, and have already contacted him to give me an estimate for a smaller job.
