"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. we are a one crew local operation with a bucket truck a debre truck,skidsteer,stump machine,wood chipper& 3-4 employees and have been in business for 17 years in the hattiesburg laurel area.

"Very professional group that was a pleasure to have working in my yard I put a lot of work in my yard and they were very respectful of that. Due to the location of some of the trees, there was no way to not damage some plants. I made the choice to sacrifice plants that could be replaced or keep the trees. The trees had to go. Job well done. I will call them again."

"It took me from May 4, 2021 until May 20, 2021 to get my roof and sheetrock repaired. They damaged my a/c due to nail holes in my line and claimed it wasn't their fault, had to argue to get my a/c man paid. They tried to add on to my bill for money already being paid by my insurance company to them for paint and decided not to replace materials without my consent that was included with my insurance money, also. Threw materials in my garbage can that I paid for but couldn't ever use again. They still have not given me an itemized bill or statement showing me what I or my insurance company paid for. They were supposed to do gutters but not after all of this. Will NOT use or recommend them."

There are several maintenance tips you should take to ensure your pellet stove's safety and proper maintenance. You should vacuum the ash pan every week to prevent overflowing and clean the stove and surrounding vents every three to four months. Be sure to dispose of hot ashes in a closed metal container; store it outside, away from the house.
