They went above and beyond for us to make the move as smooth as possible. My friend was moving from one assisted living facility to another in the next town over and the move was late afternoon which both were very respectful at the other residents well being by being very quiet not to disturb others. As we were about to head out, it began to storm, and the rain was so heavy that it was flooding. We all got soaked! Thank goodness by the time we made it to the new facility the rain had stopped. K'Von and Frank never missed a beat. They unloaded the U-Haul and placed items as requested. They did a phenomenal job and we'd definitely use their services again. It took a little determination, but the situation was rendered. While they were here, they fixed the p trap under my kitchen sink (which I did but not properly), and we haven?t had any issues since. It?s been over 8 months, and all is well. I would highly recommend them. Good service, good prices, and quality workmanship!"
