"Great experience working with Jacob, listening to the issue, quickly diagnosing and confirming what work needed to be performed to resolve both the clogged drain and leaky piping underneath the sink and explaining the process all along. He promptly cleared the line using the hydro-jet and replaced the galvanized piping with PVC including the install of a new cleanout valve. Afterwards, he cleaned up the work area not leaving a mess which is appreciated. The price was reasonable considering the circumstances and he was very efficient. I will not hesitate to call them again if I have another plumbing issue and would recommend them for plumbing services."

"I spent 700 dollars to get a water pipe fixed . I Needed this old pipe and band-aid peice cut off and done right by braizing the pipe. The roto rooter guy did not cut the piece off at first and tried to leave my problem the way he found it . He rigged the pipe after I told him that it wasn't even fixed without braizing the copper pipe . Just rigged it. Then Mike calls me from Roto Rooter to fix there mistakes and never called me back. Below is the pictures of the rusty pipe and band aid Roto Rooter tried to leave on . I WANT MY MONEY BACK. GO TO A REAL PROFESSIONAL IF YOU NEED SERVICE!"
