"My scheduled appointment with Cameron Goodrich from the Mobile, AL. branch was for 12:00 noon, and before the time of the appointment, I received a phone call from Cameron, who stated that he had finished early on another job in the area and wanted to see if I would like to have him come out sooner. I was very pleased to hear that and I was accommodating. Once Cameron arrived, he introduced himself and we sat down to go over the entire process of what the inspection was going to entail. Cameron was very professional, knowledgeable of the job, and a very polite man. After going over the process, Cameron asked if there were any questions I had for him or concerns I have noticed since the install. I did go over a couple of things that were noticed and I was reassured all would be investigated and corrected within the companys ability (Meaning anything outside of what they can do, wont be able to be done which, makes perfect sense). "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"K'Von and Frank were amazing to work with for this move. Both were very detailed oriented and took tremendous pride in the job they were doing. They went above and beyond for us to make the move as smooth as possible. My friend was moving from one assisted living facility to another in the next town over and the move was late afternoon which both were very respectful at the other residents well being by being very quiet not to disturb others. As we were about to head out, it began to storm, and the rain was so heavy that it was flooding. We all got soaked! Thank goodness by the time we made it to the new facility the rain had stopped. K'Von and Frank never missed a beat. They unloaded the U-Haul and placed items as requested. They did a phenomenal job and we'd definitely use their services again.
