Pyramid Homes of Gautier, LLC

I had agreed on a price SET by Pyramid Homes of Gautie; to install a new back door on my home (the price was NOT an estimate or quote but an agreed-upon price). I paid them a $800.00 deposit with $200.00 due upon the door installation. A few months later the door was installed and Pyramid Homes of Gautier" raised the price by $100.00 making the new door cost me $1100.00 instead of $1000.00. An explanation was given that is unacceptable and I feel I was taken advantage of. That is why I rated them 3 stars.

He called and said he was coming over and never showed up one of many who did the same thing and never called back

I hired Dan to raise an RV barn 2 ft and add 8 ft outs. He only raised it 21 in and extended it out ft with metal roofing. I called them back on May 27th and didn't finish the job until June 26th. They only work for 2-3 hours a day and not professional. I told them to check the structure of the building due and they didn't. They're not punctual either and incompetent. They took $2,000 from me for materials and even said they didn't trust me. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They never checked the structural integrity of the post holding the barn up. It has been there for 20 years. I found 2 rotted post and made them replace it. I HAD TO FIND THAT OUT.

Excellent quality of work. Dan is a pleasure to work with. Very fair pricing. We will enjoy the deck and dock bench as long as we are in our home.

Did some extra things for us...helped move a table & freezer...great guyscand work...I will use them again

They were polite to work with, cleaned up and put away their tools every day.

I have used Dan Ludwig for several residential projects. He has built a deck for us, has done roof repairs, and did exterior trim repair work. I have also used his services at our church. I have not had any problems, everything still looks good and is holding up well. He is punctual, and provides good communications if anything does come up. I have a door project coming up and Dan with Pyramid Homes will be my first call.
