"Mr Jimmie and Mr Curt kept me updated on their arrival time as there was bad weather in the area of their travel. After their arrival and introductions, the first thing they did was lay down work area protection. I tagged along; with them throughout each step of their inspection. They were quick to show me their findings. There was no pressure from them and they were totally professional , friendly and left a lasting impression on their job skill and knowledge. At the present moment, we are awaiting the remaining portion of the estimate, (parts costs & approximate delivery times), so we can schedule an actual repair date. Mr. Jimmie gave us several options as to the steps of this project. We will be hiring this company to do the needed improvements. "They did a great job. On time, professional , knowledgeable and efficient. The cleaned my 20 foot dryer vent and now my dryer works even better. Checked all the smoke detectors explained how they work and how long they are good for. The same with the co2 detectors. He also explained about the fire extinguishers and which one are the best for which room. I will defiantly have them come back again next year for the yearly inspection. "
