"Contractor exceeded expectations. Contractor diagnosed issue and resolved, even when project became more complicated. Project started as simple door and frame replacement because of water damage, and turned into larger and longer project that required replacing studs, drywall, and repainting in addition to door frame replacement due to old termite damage because door frame would not secure to damaged studs. Problems- a) they said over the phone that the technician would have the parts and he didn’t so he had to come back the next day, and we waited all morning and half of the afternoon for him to arrive. B) I thought $800 was a ridiculous amount for a door spring. We will never use this company again. C). Eventually, he got the door to work by modifying the wrong spring instead of using the correct spring. All in all, a poor experience."
