Chase roof inspections (John) kept me informed each step of the way. He coordinated when the materials would be delivered to my home and the installation began the following day. The installation was completed in one day as was stated to me. Chase roof inspection told me what to expect from the installation process and what the cost would be. When the job was completed I paid exactly what I was told on the front end. I plan to utilize Chase roof inspection in the near future for another job.

"In preparation for a long-awaited bathroom remodel, I decided to try and circumvent excess dust in the rest of the house by putting a large towel in the duct vent in that particular bathroom. MOLD was discovered! Upon checking other ducts, it appeared to be in all of them. After careful research, a company in Mississippi was contacted, M.R.T.E. (Mold Remediation and Testing Experts). They called back very promptly, and Steve Brown spoke at length about his passion, mold. An inspection appointment was scheduled for testing almost immediately. Six different samples were taken from ducts throughout the house, air samples both inside and outside, as well as under the house. Samples were submitted to the lab they use, with results returned overnight. M.R.T.E. suggests remediation (removal) at any mold spore level above 500 per cubic meter (for our specific mold type) in your home. Ours was ~1900!!! It was indicated this high level of colonization occurred over an approximate 10-year time frame, which meant weâ d been breathing this in our air for that length of time. Our home is circa 1962, as are many homes in this area. We had no idea the mold was present, since it isnâ t clearly visible, nor could it be smelled...UNTIL I began preparing for the bathroom remodel. A team of 4 spent 5.5 hours scrubbing, vacuuming, spraying, removing moldy insulation from under the house (17 33-gallon bags of it). They were professional, informative, friendly, guarantee their work, and we found them to be less expensive than most local remediation companies. POINT: If you have ANY doubt, have your home inspected, particularly if you have infants, elderly, or those with chronic conditions living in the home. It just might save loved ones from serious illness (allergies, asthma, COPD, pneumonia) and may even add years to your life that the mold would have insidiously tried to steal from you! "This contractor did a great job and got it done in one day. However, the person who came to do the work on my home did not come to my door to introduce himself, he just came and started working on my home. He worked from 2pm to 9:30 pm, with a break in between to go to Home Depot to grab more supplies to finish the job. He didn?t even tell me that he was finished either. Then there was a bit of communication breakdown between the owner and I when it came to payment, I thought I would be able to pay him with my debit card but at the time of payment, he informed me that there would be an extra 3.5% surcharge added because of the app he had to use to process my payment, which would have blown my budget. So I had to go to the bank and take out cash. Overall, the work was excellent, but I wish there was a bit more on the customer service side of the equation."

"The crawlspace of our 1930s home is small and challenging. Acculevel did a great job removing the old logs and stones that were holding up our floor joists, and replaced them with steel jacks. The men who performed the work were very hard workers. I corresponded with Acculevel via email after the work was performed to get photos and questions answered prior to us paying the invoice. They were very patient in answering all of our questions. It has only been a week, so I can't say whether the work will hold up, but so far our floors seem less squeaky! The only thing I would have changed is the fact that the vapor barrier they installed is not taped at the seams or walls. If you want it taped, make sure to ask for that during the quoting phase."

The technician arrived on time, clearly explained the recommendations, and set proper expectations from the start. Once we agreed on the price, the job was completed just two days later, which was very impressive.
