"The owner called me and confirmed that I still wanted my security doors install. I was given a day on the weekend, but he called me and said he can get to me early in the week and it was my only off day. He kept in touch with me until the day my doors were to be installed. He sent his workers out to my house and they were very nice and respectful. They put my doors up so fast within a few hours, as they ran into a little problem out the door up. That wasn’t a problem for them they fixed it right away. I love my doors and the way they cleaned up after themselves when they got finished. After the door was done they made sure that I was satisfied, and I was very satisfied. My owner also called to see if I was satisfied with their work. I love their work how fast, neat and clean their work was. My son came over and asked who did my doors, he will be using their service as well as me for my future home projects. "This contractor did a great job and got it done in one day. However, the person who came to do the work on my home did not come to my door to introduce himself, he just came and started working on my home. He worked from 2pm to 9:30 pm, with a break in between to go to Home Depot to grab more supplies to finish the job. He didn?t even tell me that he was finished either. Then there was a bit of communication breakdown between the owner and I when it came to payment, I thought I would be able to pay him with my debit card but at the time of payment, he informed me that there would be an extra 3.5% surcharge added because of the app he had to use to process my payment, which would have blown my budget. So I had to go to the bank and take out cash. Overall, the work was excellent, but I wish there was a bit more on the customer service side of the equation."
