Technician sent to investigate no questions asked and no money exchanged. Found source of problem but made a mistake in the recharge of unit so, couple of days later still not cooling. Again without hesitation and with urgency technician sent to try and figure out what was going on, fixed the charge issue and unit has been working without incident for over a month. Warranty on work and customer service unparalleled in this area, they have my business. Very professional group with invoices and quotes and such. Since I can do most of my services remotely with you over the phone, I am hoping to eventually open up to larger markets and help people from having to take their computer in to get it fixed, if it has internet access, I can usually fix it over the Internet. I went on to play for Tom Landry in his last year, but gave up pro football early on to pursue my passion of fixing computers.
