"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

I gave them a call, and they were able to come out the same day. The team was super professional and clearly knew what they were doing.
