He ran a complete diagnostics and did the best he could, despite some internal damage that we suspect was done at Best Buy (but couldn't prove). Regardless, Alan installed the cooling fan as requested but the laptop On/Off Switch had been damaged internally so I couldn't turn on the darn thing. "I called late on a Friday afternoon after my air went out. They came after hours, installed the new unit, and took the old one for evaluation & possible repair. A year later I called them back for another ac problem (different unit), and they came same day. Whereas another contractor told me to junk the unit, Greg replaced a small part & all was well. While with me the second trip, I mentioned several other small jobs, and they got right on them! The vent hood took a trip into the attic and up onto the roof, but they figured out the problem and solved it.
