"The move was professionally done. Members of the moving team were pleasant and informative. They carefully assessed the best way to get the piano in my house. Unfortunately, an accident occurred when moving the piano out of the seller's house, leaving some gashes in the wood along the front of the piano. I was not there and the seller did not see what happened, so have no idea why the damage occurred. The company was most gracious in giving me a reduced moving fee for the damage. This should help in covering costs to try to hide the wood damage."

I called around a did some price comparisons, and Move Us, Inc. pricing was slightly less than the others I looked at. We moved a four-bedroom house worth of stuff out of a storage space and across town into a new four-bedroom house. They communicated well and worked solidly for 8 hours. I was there the whole time and would have seen if anything did not seem to be going well. They were originally fifteen minutes late, but called me to let me know. It was also pouring rain most of the day, but that didn't slow them down. They really did a solid job and I'm grateful to have had a no-drama moving day. Recommended!"
