"The service call I made to A Royal Flush went extremely well and I am very pleased! June 21, 2014, a Saturday evening, I called A Royal Flush, after calling several other plumbing companies who did not respond to my call, to repair a leaking copper pipe that was spraying water all under my master bathroom sink. I could not cut off the water under my sink because the on/off valves were not working properly; therefore, I had to cut off the water from the main water line in my yard. At this time, I did not have water in my home. When I called A Royal Flush, from the moment the Receptionist (a very friendly young lady) received my call to the the finish job, all went extremely well and was very professional. I received a call from Daren 15 minutes after the Receptionist took my message. Daren stated that he could not get to me until the next day which was Sunday and asked if that would that be okay. I stated that I had cut the water off at the main water line to my house to stop the leak under my sink because the on/off valves under my sink were not working; therefore, I did not have any water in the house. Daren stated that he was working a job at that time and would not finish until late but promised to get back to me the next day. I told Daren I would manage some how without the water for the night if he could get with me the next day. Daren called be back 15 minutes later and stated he had contacted another one of his teams and discussed my problem with them and his team stated I should not be without water all night and they would be at my house within an hour. I was very thankful that Daren and his team worked this issue to help me. Linus and Chris from A Royal Flush arrived at my home an hour later and fixed my leaking pipe professionally. They were courteous, polite, very understanding and the price was very reasonable for a job done on a Saturday. Daren did not charge me a weekend rate nor an overtime rate. I was so impressed with Linus and Chris who completed the job with expertise and professionalism and I would definitely recommend A Royal Flush without reservation for plumbing needs to my neighbors.
