The guys were polite, and they arrived early. They explained everything that they were doing and executed the mission like the pro's they are. It didn't take long either. After they repaired my AC, they cleaned up and moved on to their next job. I'm satisfied.

The technician told me if I dug up shrubs (disturb the soil) to let them know, and they would retreat that section. Also when new pine straw was added let them know.
