He gave me my estimate and started working on them the following Monday. He finished my kitchen floor the first day and finished the living room/hallway floors the next day. The third day he installed the base boards and other items. I am so very happy with how quickly it came together and what a wonderful job he did. My floors look so good now!! I was also very surprised that a week after installation, he called to make sure I was happy with the work done. I appreciate that type of follow up. I will definitely be using him for any future projects! The countertops in our kitchen and bathrooms were outdated veneer tops. Jeff removed the countertops and replaced the veneer with ceramic tile. He added a tile design over the countertop at one area and a backsplash over the stove. He had to do some design work to fit the tile over the dishwasher area, but when he had finished, we couldn't tell the difference. He did the same in the two bathrooms, the master bath and the extra bath. Everything looked so fresh when he completed the job. After finishing the countertops, I was so pleased with his work that I had him replace the laminated wood flooring in the kitchen and two baths with ceramic tile. He also tiled the utility room and the front entry. He was very efficient and did not stop until he had completed the work. His knowledge and expertise helped us in selecting our tile and grout to make the rooms really POP! I realized while watching him work, Jeff has set very high standards with his work, and when he ends a job, you will know that it was done to his high standards! I have been so pleased with his work and with the result of the renovation. I'm having him design the renovation of our master shower, and he has come up with a unique design! I'm excited for him to begin. I was their first stop of the day. I had gone to drop my car at the shop and when they got the answering machine at home, they left a message and also called my cell. Thank goodness they called both phones or they might have thought I wasn't home and wouldn't have come out. They worked very quickly and spread a large, heavy canvas drop cloth over the counters or floor where they were working so there was very little mess. The first day they came out and moved a vanity light fixture up about 2 ft., replaced 3 outside light fixtures, and checked our under cabinet lights. We found out they needed new bulbs and the transformer needed replacing. While they were here, I asked them about the wires in the wall where I wanted to put in a medicine cabinet. They checked and even installed that for me. They did everything in about 2 1/2 hours. I asked them for an estimate for some other things I needed doing and they gave me a price that was very close to the actual costs. They were able to come out the next day and do the other work I wanted done: added a new switch at the end of a hallway, replaced 2 bathroom fans and rewired our doorbell since the garage-door installer had cut the wire. As they were replacing a light fixture in the kitchen, one of the men brought me in and showed me how difficult it was going to be to change light bulbs in the future. He remembered that the reason I had him replace the 3 fixtures the previous day was because I had a hard time replacing the light bulbs on the original fixtures. He was very easy-going about taking down the new fixture and capped off the ends until I could get another new fixture to replace it. The work took about 2 1/2 hours the first day and about 4 hours the second day. I was very pleased with their work and will definitely have them back."},"url":"https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/tn/bartlett/ellendale-electric-reviews-6366507.htm"},"position":4},{"@type":"ListItem","item":{"@type":"LocalBusiness","name":"CREATIVE KITCHENS & BATH","address":{"@type":"PostalAddress","addressRegion":"MS","addressCountry":"US"},"review":{"@type":"Review","author":{"@type":"Person","name":"JUVENIA R."},"reviewBody":"I was so happy when I saw what they were able to do with my kitchen. He came out promptly after calling him. I'm a single woman with two children and I don't know all that much about flooring. He asked a lot of questions to make sure he understood what I wanted and then very patiently answered all my questions (I had a lot of questions). He described all the...

Cover appliances, clean surfaces regularly, and winterize plumbing before freezing temperatures.
A fireplace is, by definition, an enclosed space where you burn wood or other fuel for the purpose of generating light and heat. A firepit burns wood and is much less expensive to build, but they aren’t technically a fireplace as it isn’t enclosed. An outdoor oven—commonly outdoor brick pizza ovens—often uses wood as fuel, but its primary purpose is to cook food, and you’d rarely just burn wood inside them for warmth or aesthetic reasons.
In many cases, you will not need permits to install an outdoor kitchen because it’s not usually considered a permanent structure and doesn’t require a foundation. If you run natural gas lines to a grill, plumbing lines to an outdoor sink, or electrical lines for lighting and power, your contractor will likely need to pull permits.
However, every municipality is different, so you should defer to a professional outdoor kitchen contractor to confirm which portions of your outdoor kitchen project require building permits.
Whether or not it’s cheaper to build a pizza oven depends largely on what style you opt for and which tools and materials you already have. For example, having a surplus of leftover fire bricks from another DIY project will reduce the amount you need to build a new pizza oven and cut costs to boot. On the flip side, if you don’t have any of the required materials, buying a pre-made option will be cheaper and require far less work to set up—between just $300 and $1,000 for the best versions.
Summer kitchens can cost anywhere from $1,000 to $50,000 to build. The average price is on the lower end of that range, however, at $15,500. The typical homeowner is more likely to pay between $6,000 and $25,000 than approach the $50,000 mark. Materials for framework, flooring, and countertops are the most expensive type of expenditure, with appliances coming in second. There are a few additional costs that may not immediately come to mind when planning an outdoor kitchen, some of which include: permits, routine maintenance, pest control, and winterization.
