"Sherree was wonderful. She came on Easter Sunday to clean our carpets so that we could get inspected first thing Monday morning. Our carpets were in really bad shape from previous tenants. She explained how bad shampooing carpets is for the carpet and even offered to help us find a local carpet cleaner for us in our new home. Highly recommend her."

"They went above and beyond in every way.. The scheduled date arrived and I was very sick. They were so gracious and just rescheduled it. They not only did a good job on the grout but tightened a chair leg and also the garden hose."

"Great experience from the time I contacted them until they left after finishing the job. They were very straightforward and honest as to what I needed to do to achieve the results I was looking for. I didn't feel "talked down to" like I have by other "professionals" in the past which was really refreshing. By the time we talked about what to expect and the process involved and the timeline (which was very reasonable) I was hooked! Can't recommend enough. I will most definitely use them again for my next project."

"Very well, This is the second project we have used Ted and he has not disappointed. He and his helper showed up on time, ready to work. All of the projects were completed on time and to our wishes. We would be glad to work with him again. We gladly plan to use him again and are glad to recommend him."

Grout Tile Cleaners questions, answered by experts

You want the bonding process to get started but not finish before wiping away newly applied grout. That process takes about 15 to 30 minutes. Use a wet cloth or sponge to remove the grout, but keep in mind that it will continue to dry and cure. Drying and curing times vary by the type of grout, so read through the instructions to know when it’s safe to walk on or use the room in which you tiled.

You’ve tackled the pee stain on the carpet, but that smell still lingers in the air. Yuck! Fortunately, you can use certain sprays to help remove the odor. A homemade baking soda spray, made with 1/4 cup of baking soda and 2 cups of water in a spray bottle, can help remove the smell of pee. You can also use an enzymatic cleaner directly on the pee stain to deodorize it.

If left for more than 10 days, grout haze can become very difficult to remove, and it may never fully disappear. After 10 days, you’ll have to use professional grout haze removers and may even need to call in a professional tile cleaner to attempt to get the job done.

The best thing to clean bathrooms with is an all-purpose cleaner, a mixture of white vinegar and water (50:50 ratio), and a glass cleaner for mirrors and glass surfaces. You can also use baking soda on areas with soap residue or mildew. The best tool to clean a bathroom depends on the specific task, but a sponge and a fresh towel are versatile options.

Before you begin caulking a shower, you’ll need to use a utility knife or solvent to remove the old caulk and inspect the area for mold. If needed, take appropriate steps to get rid of the mold, then wipe everything down with dish soap and warm water before letting it dry completely. Finally, surround the caulking area with two strips of blue painter’s tape—one above the joint where you’re caulking and another below it.
