"The guys at Stabil Loc were very professional and did an amazing job. With the wet summer, we had this year, I noticed that my basement needed to be waterproofed . I looked up local companies in the area and they were the only one that stood out to me. I can tell you that the reviews I read online were so true. They did such a good job that their work did not detract from my day to day activities. I would recommend them to anyone. It is not common to find a business like this anymore who are so dedicated to customer satisfcation."

"Scott called as soon as Home Advisor gave him my information, and was on-site the same day to give me an estimate. He and his crew did the work as promised, cutting down 5 old trees and removing a dangerous branch from a 6th. They left the yard looking much better than it did before they started, and stuck to the estimate, even adding in the removal of another dead tree at the end of the driveway for only $50 more."

Frogs may love your yard and want to take up residence for several reasons. Yards can offer a moist environment or access to water. Frogs also eat insects—your yard may offer a steady stream of their preferred diet, such as grasshoppers, crickets, fruit flies, and more.

When deciding whether or not to turn off your pump, you should consider your area’s climate and the aquatic life in your pond. If you live in an area with freezing winter temperatures and don’t have any wildlife, keeping your pump on could damage it. If you have aquatic life but live in a colder climate, you might consider keeping your pump running and adding a pond heater.

DIY kits are available, but professional installation ensures proper water flow, electrical safety, and leak prevention.

A good rule of thumb is to change 5% to 15% of your koi pon’s water every week. Partial water changes help keep your koi healthy, and replacing small amounts at a time prevents causing stress for the fish.
