He finished in 90 minutes and that included going back to hardware store for a different color grout because he didn't like the way it looked. When done you could not tell the floor had been fixed. He provided an overview of what would be done and some contingencies that they would plan for. But then, I never got the promised bid/estimate. I've called three times asking for it. I've given up now."
