They explained the how they charged (by coming out and examining the items to be removed), and then we agreed on a date and time frame for the crew to come. I was called about 15 minutes before they were to arrive - they arrived, gave me the estimate. I agreed to the price and they removed the items. I paid by credit card. The process went very smoothly, and I was glad to see they wore masks (during Covid19 restrictions)."

"The individual who came to give the bid was very knowledgable, honest and helped save us money on unnecessary additions. They were very busy at the time we contracted them, so work was performed about one month after we paid the down payment for materials. The gutters and downspout both look good. They even removed a downspout that was no longer functioning even though it was not listed in the scope of work. We had a downspout extension that they was not in the original bid to replace, but it went missing after they completed the work. When I contacted them to see if they knew where it was, they were very responsive and replaced it within 24 hours. The only negative aspect I saw was in cleanup. When they removed the old gutters, there was a lot of chipped paint that fell on the ground and was left there. Overall, I would recommend this company. They were competitive in pricing and very responsive when I had a problem."
