Measured and gave an estimate that was below what we anticipated. The tear out proceeded quickly and smoothly without any damage to fence or other structures. He noted that the ground that was to be paved was soft due to high moisture content from recent rains and cracks in old asphalt, so he recommended delaying the paving a day for drying.
