"I live in South West MI, in a high water table area. I had my basement waterproofed. I had the interior floor cut out and had drain tile, a sub pump and dry well installed. The sales professional for my area was Chris Hammac. He helped me with the process and understanding what I was getting. The company matched another quote I received, had a lot better warranty and added some additional work the other quote wouldnâ t do. The crew that came out ( Tyler, Justin, Clayton, Josh , and Draven), were very fast, they did the whole job in about 4.5 hours.( about 96 ft of drain tile, and a 30 ft dig to the dry well they installed) They did a great job, I couldnâ t have asked for more. If you live in South West MI, Iâ d recommend them to anyone."

He set up and did gravel paving for a driveway leading up to a gravel pad for a manufactured building I was having brought in. Used his dump truck to haul the gravel, bobcat to lightly excavate and spread, and brought his roller to compact and level everything out. The highlight was his candor and willingness to adjusting the job through my input along the way. "Perfect job! First time they came out they determined the problem was in the gasline encased in stonework. Recommended getting a stonemason to chip away the rock, expose the line. Lined up the stonemason and phoned Jamison to make the appointment. Owner of company told me he would personally come out at the time of the stonemason to make sure no more stone than necessary removed. He did so. After rock removed, one of Jamison's plumbers came out, replaced the gasline (obstructed w/years of corrosion) and replace the ignition switch, reassembled the burner and ignited the pit. This company has first class workers and know what they are doing! Highly recommend for complicated jobs, such as this one! Thanks!

"Five years ago my wife and I had our house pierced. We thought the company was reputable and would stand by their product. We had over 25 piers installed. However our basement foundation continued to settle. We thought we had a lifetime warranty. At least that's what the salesman told us, but when we called him back out the company could not stand by it because it was an act of god that their product failed. We called Advanced Foundation Repair and Replacement. Frank Matyiko came out the next day with a structural engineer and they concluded that the only fix would be a new basement. They cautiously demolished our old foundation and hauled it away. We have a new 9 foot basement. We wish we never paid for the piercing originally. They provide service for the smallest foundation to the most radical job imaginable. Great job guys!!!

"This was a drainage project (not drywell install, but could not find an appropriate category). They installed several drains and around house and garage to help with pooling surface runoff water. A-1 was quick to respond and to perform the work. Their bid was half of that from another company. They were very professional, quickly performing the job and leaving the job site in better condition than before they started. They took care to not cause additional ground damage (such as ruts due to using large equipment on soft ground from recent rains. They care about doing a good job and having satisfied customers. I highly recommend them for any work you may have."
