"Brady responded very quickly to my request for a quote to epoxy my new garage floor. The work was scheduled soon after. The day of the scheduled work was not ideal as we had to deal with high winds and cooling temperatures later in the day. This led to a few imperfections that were found when I inspected the floor after it had set for a couple of days. Brady was again very responsive, and scheduled the minor repairs promptly. To properly maintain an epoxy garage floor, regularly sweep up dirt and debris using a broom and dustpan or a vacuum cleaner. Mop with warm water and scrub away stains using a mild cleaning solution that's safe for the epoxy product you have installed. Don't use any soap-based or chemical cleaners, as these can cause the epoxy surface to deteriorate more rapidly.

You can paint over old paint on a concrete porch. For the best results, you should first clean the surface and remove as much paint as you can. A power washer is helpful here, but you’ll also want to scrape as much of the old paint away as possible. Then you should prime the porch before repainting it.

While you shouldn’t use thinset mortar on its own as a floor leveler, it can work alongside other products to help level floors.
