"Al is a true professional and we are so glad we chose Birkenmeier & Sons. First of all, Al brought his subcontractors with him to the initial meeting so he could provide an accurate proposal. Al also brought in a professional decorator to help design project and pick out fixtures and materials. Once we got started, they went to great lengths to put up plastic barriers and floor protection to protect the rest of the house from construction dust and debris. Demolition went quickly and the renovation process went smoothly. Al's carpenters and subs were all very professional and friendly. Al was on scene throughout the process to make sure job was done right. We are completely satisfied with the results, highly recommended!"

"To be truthful i was very skeptical hiring anyone to put on a new deck because of all the horror stories you hear of contractors taking your deposit and never returning to finish the job. BUTâ ¦ meeting with Jacob Quick made it all very easy. I met with Jacob many times because of my apprehension and having issues with making decisions. After signing a contract, Jacob kept in contact with me on starting date, permit issues, when materials would be delivered, and if there was inclement weather conditions that they could not work that day. From the start of teardown to the finished project, they were there every day at 7:30, making sure that time was ok with me. They had a crew of 4-5 people working all day. When an issue came up, they were up front and we discussed it. I felt very relieved that all the guys were very knowledgeable and experienced. I am picky when it comes to details and the entire crew were all very concerned about the littlest details. Brian was also great at answering my questions as the deck was being built. They wanted me to be highly satisfied and i surely was. Not only did they do an outstanding job building the sturdiest deck around but when they left my house, you couldn't even tell they were thereâ ¦ my yard was clean. Soâ ¦ yes i would hire them again. They made the entire experience easy peasy for me. Also kudos to the other guys on the team who also worked their butts off in the 100 degree weather. "Great customer service they arrived on SAID time ON time. They didn't leave until the job was completed. I spotted one small flaw but nothing to complain about other than that they did a great job. They cleaned up behind themselves. I had to disposed of all the trash myself but they did put all the trash in bags and sat them outside nice and neat and it was also in the contract that the customer is responsible for disposal of trash. It was not a surprise. This properly why the cost was reasonably priced. I will use them again."

Jeh Johnson and his partner Tracy Herod have worked diligently to execute the itemized proposal that began this project to rehab, restore, and rebuild my home at 607 Wilmington ave. St. Louis MO 63111. An incredible number of tradesmen and tradeswomen have done their individual tasks all on a schedule professionally overseen by Jeh. These liscensed and masters of their trades worked alongside Jeh who if necessary stepped in and aided e these individuals. His overall expertise has brought my home to this point. One must keep in mind that a burnout like my home is an unusal job for Ethos Buildig Group LLc to accept. Yet at every stage my home has been given the same careful and thorough attention as their larger jobs.
