"Both Dave Lake and Luis of Twin Lakes Renovations were a pleasure to work with. They were very responsive providing a competitive quote in under two days and began work shortly thereafter. For our family they did some patio repair, built an extension to our patio for our barbecue, and added a small retaining wall and flower bed at the other end of our patio. They were prompt and completed they work per their estimate and did an awesome job. We would definitely recommend them and will use them again when the need arises."

"This repair went well. I am very satisfied with Southern Grace Exteriors. The worker was a consummate professional. This was a two-day repair. On the first day, he gave me a call prior to the appointed time to remind me that he was on his way. He showed not long before the appointed time, gathered details about my concern, and went right to work. After examining the problem area, he provided me with the details about what was causing the leak. He show me pictures of the damage up close and informed me what it was I was seeing. Any questions I had were answered in a polite and professional manner. He rescheduled for another day to make the repairs. Again, he showed slightly before the appointment time and took care of business. He was actually done making the repairs much more quickly than I anticipated. He took up close pictures of the finished product and shared them with me. Though he could have milked me for additional payment, he did not. I would highly recommend Southern Grace Exteriors to anyone needing home roof work.
