I am a retired journeyman electrician with an apprentice available for attic work and bigger jobs. I have experience installing charging stations, upgrading distribution panels, remodels, basement finishes, and have overseen Large lighting layouts and LED upgrades.

Since I can do most of my services remotely with you over the phone, I am hoping to eventually open up to larger markets and help people from having to take their computer in to get it fixed, if it has internet access, I can usually fix it over the Internet. I work on a flat rate service, and don't charge by the hour because I feel it's important to educate the customer on what the issue is/was, and how to avoid it in the future. I feel that local service companies (my competition) have been overcharging customers for years. I offer a first time customer discount of 10% but I will offer 15% off for first time customers referred by Angies List. I've lived in the Huntsville area most all my life, so I know the area very well. I will never use a subcontractor as I am very picky about making sure that if my name and company is associated with something, it will be the best experience my customer has ever had, and using sub contractors won't ensure that, so I prefer to do all the work myself. Lastly, I should point out that I am a former offensive lineman for the University of Southern Mississippi and was Brett Favre's center his freshman year at Southern. I went on to play for Tom Landry in his last year, but gave up pro football early on to pursue my passion of fixing computers. If I didn't have bills to pay, I would do this for free because I love it! If you have a computer problem, I promise you that you couldn't find a better technician that will care about you as a customer, and not about the bottom line. "Besides a wiring upgrade, I had a humidifier installed on my furnace, a whole house surge protector installed, a mini-split heating/cooling unit installed on the 2nd floor, multiple outlets added and upgraded, the furnace and outdoor AC compressor cleaned, and even a couple of light fixtures and ceiling fans replaced. Rick is thorough, friendly, efficient, transparent, and very patient when it comes to explaining the how's and why's of what he's doing to a customer who really knows nothing about electrical. I will absolutely use him again for any and all of my electrical needs, and feel 100% confident in referring him to friends and family."

"Great. I placed an online claim Monday 12/21, in a few hours they had assigned a Home Hvac . I was sent an email which stated the tech’s name (Jeremy Dillon). arrival time/ date my home 11 AM Tues 12/22, he arrived early (great), accessed the problem, went got the parts, returned fixed my broken pipes all within about 1 hr. Way to go Jeremy ????. Jeremy followed CDC guidelines (Coronavirus) masked up, social distancing."

"American Home Shield does not do repair work; they subcontract it. If replacement of anything more than very minor parts is required the subcontractor must obtain their approval and usually order parts from an approved supplier. This can cause some repairs to take several days. In this case the HVAC subcontractor was superb. He quickly inspected the entire furnace and identified and explained the cause of the problem.  Since there were no major parts requiring replacement he quickly completed the repair and no further problems have been noted.
