They did not have a “printed plan” on paper but built what I wanted from my hand drawn picture and an IPhone photo of another post in my neighborhood. We just needed to order a cap stone for the top of the post and it will fit on the top of the post in the custom size the post is built. The brick mason was skilled and we just had to get him started using my hand drawing and photo. It will be in front of my house forever."

"The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."
