"First the salesman lied about the windows. I called Champion about outside noise. the salesman Mike came to my house and I took him to 3 rooms and he heard the outside noise when standing in front of the windows. I had triple pane windows he said that the windows were not good and that with Champion windows I would barely hear any noise. I had 2 windows side by side and he said that if I get a slider that it would also reduce the noise. He gave me a price of over $5,000.00 for three windows. I said that if the windows would reduce the noise to that level then put them in. After the windows were installed the noise level was worst that before the windows were installed. I have been trying to get my money back since January 2024 it is now December 2024. They keep saying that they are sorry about this but they have not gave me my money back. I am a senior citizen and do not have money to give this company and not get what was promised . Do not do buy windows from this company."

I asked about the downspouts and was told anything that was in there came out. "this is a powerful blower". Left debris in my yard. Very disappointed with service. Stucco repair can best be described as a patch. It involves identifying the problem and fixing that specific damage with additional stucco. If no mold infiltration or an underlying leak is causing the damage, repair is most likely all you need.
