Customers say: Quick response

"I give Mr Schneider an A+ for communication and willingness to do the job but during negotiating about the job I found that my neighbor had a background in what the project entailed and I decided to go with his services. I like to deal with someone as courteous and punctual as Schneider Excavating and hope to do business with them in the future."

"We hired Palmer Foundations and Flatwork to pour our foundation, porches, chopped walls, and floors, and let me just say ? they absolutely knocked it out of the park! From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and incredibly skilled. Every single detail was executed with precision, and the final result truly exceeded our expectations. Not only does everything look phenomenal, but it?s also solid, clean, and built to last. They showed up when they said they would, communicated clearly throughout the project, and worked hard even through some tough conditions to get the job done right. If you?re looking for a concrete crew that takes pride in their work and delivers flawless results, look no further than Palmer Foundations and Flatwork. We couldn?t be happier with how everything turned out. Highly, highly recommend!"

"We bought a house recently. The inspection report called for installation of an expansion tank and lengthened drip leg on the HW heater. Jamison Plumbing had installed the new HW tank several months before for the original home owner. Jason called the City of Liberty to determine the exact code requirements. He called back and agreed to the additional work at no charge. He was able to make the changes in a timely manner. His crew called to say they would be later than planned because of an unexpected delay at the preceding job site. We appreciated his willingness to finish the installation according to code and to cover the additional materials and time. It was a great way to be welcomed into a new community.

Land Clearing Services questions, answered by experts

For land surveying in Rolla, keep essential tools like a long measuring tape, survey markers, and a compass for checking property lines. Brush cutters and pruning shears help clear overgrown boundaries, while marking supplies such as flagging tape and survey paint are useful for visibility. In Rolla’s outdoor conditions, bring tick repellent, poison ivy treatment, a first aid kit, and ensure your vehicle can handle rural terrain.

Helpful?

In Rolla, unexpected costs can arise from extra research on older property lines, challenging access to steep or wooded areas, and the need to replace missing survey markers. Additional site visits may be required if weather delays work. Homeowners sometimes face fees for utility location or environmental checks, especially near creeks or flood zones, and legal assistance may be needed if property boundary disputes surface.

Helpful?

In Rolla, schedule land surveying before any construction, property line adjustments, or when selling or dividing land. If you’re addressing boundary disputes or planning to install new fences, act promptly. For minor landscaping or routine maintenance, surveys can usually wait. Remember that Rolla’s winter weather may delay fieldwork, so consider spring or fall for better conditions and surveyor availability.

Helpful?

Homeowners in Rolla often balance the need for detailed land boundaries against the time and effort required for more comprehensive surveys. Choosing between a basic property line survey and a full topographical survey affects both accuracy and project scope. Rolla’s hilly terrain can make surveys more complex, so deciding whether to include features like outbuildings or creek beds is important for long-term property planning.

Helpful?

During a land surveying project in Rolla, surveyors carefully assess property lines, corners, and survey markers to confirm legal boundaries. They also examine topography shaped by the Ozark landscape, check for encroachments from fences or driveways, and review easements and access points. Special attention is given to flood-prone areas near creeks and to mineral rights boundaries, which are particularly relevant due to Rolla’s mining history.
