Leon even removed a dead tree for me that was not part our original agreement. I was so pleased with their work that I chose TrueCare over two other companies to come back for major tree trimming, and removal of 4 very large trees and 3 large arborvitaes. Leon had a highly experienced guy on his crew who removed those limbs with great skill. All debris was removed leaving the yard clean. Leon and his crew did a fabulous job on the project!! Leon cares a great deal about the quality of work his crew performs and it shows. They deliver on the scope of work agreed upon and went above and beyond. I had to contact customer service to get this information even though they charged for the full service, The second trip, they did the edging but failed blow the grass off the patio, They have one more chance to get it right or I will be canceling the service. I am used to having excellent service where I moved from but this service is lacking. The service needs improvement."
