"Customer service was excellent. Dale and his wife Shannin arrived promptly at 9 o'clock and went directly to work, as Dale and I previously discussed my options, and the price, on the telephone. Dale and his Shannin were cordial, polite and answered all of my questions and concerns. This Husband and wife team were neat, clean and efficient. I could tell that they were proud of their work and very attentive to ever detail. I generally prefer doing business with a family owned company, as they are personally on the job and the price was certainly fair, as I checked with several other companies. My patio was discolored, stained and totally faded out. I was hoping that Dale and Shannin would be able to bring back the original look. I can tell you that when the job was complete, my wife and I were blown away by the results. Our patio is absolutely gorgeous. Please check out the before and after pictures. On this project it was more wall anchors and Devon Brown and his crew did excellent work and were very informative about the work they were doing. They drove on very icy roads for three to four hours to get to my home."
