"Kevin E. was our installer and did a fantastic job. He was in our home from a Wednesday through Friday. He cleaned as the job progressed and put tarps down to protect our floors from the outside elements. Our new shower was totally replumbed and a new Delta shower fixture installed. What really impressed me was the caulking job Kevin did around all the seams. We are extremely happy."

"The project start was delayed a few days because of a delay in the arrival of some of the materials needed, but once the work began it progressed quickly. They arrived each day when they said they would. The Liberty employees did a fantastic job of cleaning up at the end of each day's work. There was a lot of demolition required for this project but the construction area was kept clean and behind closed doors. They put down tarps in the other areas of the house each morning so that there were no footprints in the rest of the house. The quality of their work is very good. The bathrooms came out great! There was an issue with a subcontractor that I was not happy with, but Liberty corrected the situation to our satisfaction."

"Kitchen faucet leaked and bath room sink had a slow leak in the line. Called Reed's at 8 AM they had a plumber at my house by 9 AM. Harry replaced the cups and springs in the kitchen faucet, tightened the handles. The bathroom leak was so slow we were unable to find it at that time. One and a half hours later it began leaking again. Harry returned , found the leak, changed out the galvanized nipple and supply line. They charged me for one service call. Harry was very informative, answered all my questions and showed me the faulty equipment. Will use Reed's for all plumbing problems!!!!"
