He communicated about when they would come (there were weather concerns), listened to how we wanted the areas laid out and finishing on each area. They excavated and placed materials where we wanted them. We had the sidewalk colored and stamped. The actual stamps were not the best (rented items) but it came out looking good - we've had several compliments.
