Had delays that were beyond Jim's control; rainy and cold weather, shingles had to be ordered and shipped, but when the conditions were favorable, he was working deligently. He explained what work was done at the end of the day and kept me advised on what he was planning on doing the next day. Very thorough and cleaned up at the end of every day.
