And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. "I called him on Monday for an emergency carpet clean (or what I felt was an emergency), and he came out the next day. I really wanted to put a good review on here right away because he was extremely helpful. He had already put his equipment away when we found a tiny missed spot. He didn't hesitate to pull everything out for the little spot. That really stood out because I had one guy I talked to that was rude just because I was calling from an out of town area code. To be respected and treated so well was a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend!"
