"If you are considering Riverside Painters, my recommendation is to ?Proceed with Caution?. I hired them in March/April 2025 and received much less than expected. Aleks will write you a great contract, however not follow the agreement once started, he will take short cuts especially when you are not paying attention. Attention to detail as outlined in the contract is not their strength and considers items petty when you point out (see pictures). First of all, Riverside consist of just Aleks and 1 part-time employee. The majority of wall painting/rolling is subcontracted to young inexperienced people not affiliated with Riverside and Aleks does not take responsibility for their work. As you will see in the attached contract language, Aleks was supposed to remove cabinet doors, use a stripper gel, stain and replaced. He ended up leaving the doors on and sanded, not what was agreed to. Also see language regarding wall preparation and pictures of the results. I wouldn't use them"

"To be truthful i was very skeptical hiring anyone to put on a new deck because of all the horror stories you hear of contractors taking your deposit and never returning to finish the job. BUTâ ¦ meeting with Jacob Quick made it all very easy. I met with Jacob many times because of my apprehension and having issues with making decisions. After signing a contract, Jacob kept in contact with me on starting date, permit issues, when materials would be delivered, and if there was inclement weather conditions that they could not work that day. From the start of teardown to the finished project, they were there every day at 7:30, making sure that time was ok with me. They had a crew of 4-5 people working all day. When an issue came up, they were up front and we discussed it. I felt very relieved that all the guys were very knowledgeable and experienced. I am picky when it comes to details and the entire crew were all very concerned about the littlest details. Brian was also great at answering my questions as the deck was being built. They wanted me to be highly satisfied and i surely was. Not only did they do an outstanding job building the sturdiest deck around but when they left my house, you couldn't even tell they were thereâ ¦ my yard was clean. Soâ ¦ yes i would hire them again. They made the entire experience easy peasy for me. Also kudos to the other guys on the team who also worked their butts off in the 100 degree weather. We feel so lucky to have found an artist who will uphold the age and design of our home. So much so, that we have already hired Seth for another job.
