"I've been dealing with this company since the beginning of the year.1-5-25. This is the most unprofessional company to work with. From lack of communication, follow through, and completion of my project. I started with the first associate, was handed off to the next associate, given engineered plans that didn't even apply to the building I was installing, sent corrections that weren't correct, resent the plans that were incorrect and haven't received anything since. I was transferred to a manager, whom never contacted me until i contacted Rueben the so called supervisor. With his lack of follow through and Joann's inability to finalize my plans, I'm still waiting. I've reached out numerous times and still no contact from this so called professional firm. "I found Jacob and Eric Gottberg through your agency. They told me they were licensed plumbers. I paid them $1500 to replace pipes under my house and get my water running and toilet flushing. I've had an electrician come to rewire the house and he said there was a leak. I called Jacob and Eric and was told I had to give a fee for them to look at it. Today the pipe they replaced under the sink burst. It had been leaking this entire time. Now I have to replace the floor under the sink and have it fixed again. Will never recommend this company."
