"I hired Daniel to trim the shrubs around my house. His price was very competitive, and he could do the work within a week, so I hired him. He did the work but did not remove all of the clippings, and evidently, he used his mower to remove some of the clippings, which resulted in several bald spots in my yard. He offered to come seed the spots and remove the clippings, but...he has gone silent now that I have paid him. I GET IT!!! Trust is earned!"

For example, I requested a particular flower but his expert opinion decided against it because these flowers were past its blooming phase so he was honest enough to express his concern, but wanted to wait for a couple of months so that it would work better. And offered a small discount but come back later to complete the project when the time is right. Just showed me how much pride he took in his work. The landscaping looks awesome! While they were there, I hired them again to take down a very tall walnut tree, which they were able to do using a climber and a bucket truck. Bobby W., the owner, is very experienced on all the equipment, and will also be doing some grading and dirt work for us with his Bobcat. His crew did a great job of cleaning up, and were professional and polite. I appreciate being able to hire a local, family-owned business ."

"Junk King Kansas City were great. The best help I’ve had in this massive house clear-out and cleanup ahead of an estate sale and sale of the house. They came to remove five refrigerators (from three floors), three stoves, a washer and dryer from the basement, three large chairs (two from the third floor), a window air conditioner from the third floor, and several other large and heavy objects. They sent seven men and three trucks, for this job that was not even a full load for one truck. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They had everything out in less than thirty minutes, and they cleaned up after themselves. While they were here, they also moved an old pump organ from a landing on the stairway down to the first floor and put it right where I wanted it, even though this was not part of the job. All of this, at a bit less than half of the other two bids I got. I’ve asked them to come back, not to remove anything, but just to help move some things around the house prior to the estate sale. No problem, they can do that. Just call them when I’m ready for that step. These guys are great."
