The company did not complete the job as promised and stopped returning my calls and messages after receiving payment.

Was late 2 days days in a row. Dropped a limb on my electrical service line. Tore mast completely off house. Left all of fallen limbs . I had to pay someone else to remove it. Austin does not even have insurance. I will have to pay for the damages myself. $2000.00 I would NOT recommend him.

I originally called out for some trimming and poison plant removal. While doing my yard Austin was able to give me a bid on removing a dead tree and a couple bushes. Least to say I couldn't pass up! Austin and his crew did a phenomenal job cutting the tree down even with the adversary of the tree needing to fall in a specific spot due to a power line and being about 12ft from my home there was little margin for error and they got it dead on. 10/10 would recommend to anyone getting any landscaping work done. Will be a returning customer.

I couldnâ t be happier with Outcast Tree Care. I got on Angi yesterday and posted my landscaping job for a bid. 24 hours later not only does my landscaping look incredible it was absolutely affordable. Austin is great and his crew was too. I have worked in the construction industry for over 50 years and doing lots of hiring and firing, So I would like to think I am a pretty good judge of labor. I liked Austin and Chris as a first impression. Very prompt with our meeting and estimate and could start the next day. That was important because half of the tree was in my neighbors yard and was a little worried about the rest of the tree falling. They showed up early next morning and went to work. 4 men and all very professional. Took extra care to protect fencing between yards and cleaned up as the proceeded in taking down the tree. This was quite a large tree with power lies close on two sides. As they cut they made sure to plan where cuts would fall to control any damage to surrounding area. The guys worked two full days all four and one more day the two of them and when finished on the third day nothing but a pile of sawdust and a big stump remained where the tree stood before. All wood was cut to 18" length and neatly stacked. The entire crew was very respectful and polite to us and would hire again anytime. Im sure that anyone that hires them would have the same response that I have. Great job. Thanks Anji

Can't complain. Showed up on time, got it done in a timely manner. No damage done to house or anything surrounding the tree.
