"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

"Do not believe statements about compatibility with Alexa or Smartthings. You can't control key features, like moving the blind. I have top-down/Bottom up blinds. The drivers for Smartthings and Amazon Alexa are unable to control top movement, only bottom. The support person I talked to did not know what “home automation” was, had no idea that the blinds could be controlled this way. She said this would require someone to come to my house. I agreed hoping at least I might get to talk to someone that has heard of “Alexa.” The repair person didn’t show. So there is still only a pretense of integration and I have no further ideas how to address it. I’ll have to use all 5 of my new blinds with their App for stand alone control only. Even a simple routine that closes the blinds and turns on a light is NOT possible. I’d have picked another company if I had known this in advance. Their product also does not connect to IFTTT either."
