"Technician, Chris, was AWESOME!!!!! He was tied up in traffic and called to let me know. How much I appreciated that! He took apart the gas line in the fire pit and did some trouble shooting. Identified the cause as the log starter device. We discussed how to fix it - need a stone mason to expose the main gas line, then have Jamison return to fix it. Chris has another great idea how to use it if the masonry work would be too expensive. When I asked if he had any ideas, he suggested transforming the pit into a cool tabletop, which would complement the inline gas grill on one side and another fire pit on the other. GREAT company!
